Fridays tidbits

I'm going to keep this post really short because I'm blogging from my phone. Time Warner cable, the company that runs our tv and internet, was down for the whole afternoon and much of the evening, so I wasn't able to blog on my laptop. Blah. Anyway, I started the day with step class ,and about halfway through I could barely keep my eyes open.... weird. And before you guys say it, NO, I'm not pregnant. I haven't been sleeping well for awhile now, so I guess my body is trying to slow me down a bit. I haven't had insomnia in a few nights, but I still wake up 6 times a night, which isn't good for getting healthy sleep. So that may be why I was so sleepy in the middle of intense cardio. I did manage to sleep for an hour before I picked up the girls, and we just hung around the house until their dad came.
Tomorrow we had plans for something, but that fell through so I'm going to catch up on some much needed rest! I will have time to upload some photos too, so be on the lookout for those :)

  1. Have you ever talked to a doctor about your sleep problems? Maybe they could do something to help you sleep better, anything from lifestyle changes to actually medication.
